Resource Feature: Community Listening Sessions

Got an idea for a way to make your community more livable for citizens of all ages? A great way to get feedback on your idea and learn more about your community’s needs is through a listening session. AARP has produced a “how-to” guide to help organize these events and make them productive. You’ll learn how to engage local leaders, residents and other stakeholders to learn more about their wants and needs. You’ll also learn how to identify and solve roadblocks and how to broaden community support for your plan.
